Be creative! Design or decorate your wooden cut-out any way you would like. Bring your project and this entry form to The Mill Store. We will take a picture of your project, you can keep your project, or email us a picture with the completed entry form to be entered in the contest.

All entries must be received by November 9th, 2021. Winners will be announced on November 10th, 2021, on our website http://www.rdswv.com. Winners will also be notified via email or phone call. Prizes are available for pick up on November 11th, 2021 at The Mill Store. For every twenty five entries, one prize in each age category, will be rewarded.
